How boss spawns work

Bosses always follow the 500-spawn cadence. Missing the required rebirth level forces the game to rerun the previous tier, so keep an eye on your counter and prep your loadout before it ticks over.

Clear 500 brainrot spawns to trigger a boss cycle on any map.
Rebirth to the matching tier (0-4) before the milestone or the previous boss returns.
Watch for the "A Boss Has Spawned!" banner and intercept the boss before it reaches your lanes.

Tip: If the counter warns you about the next rebirth tier, finish the rebirth before the 500th spawn to avoid wasting the cycle.

Boss unlock requirements by tier

Every boss keeps the same spawn cadence but scales HP and earnings. Use these cards to quickly verify the rebirth you need and how to prep before the fight begins.

Level 1 boss

Hotspotini Burrito

The entry-tier boss appears for every player once the 500th enemy falls, making it a reliable cash farm for newcomers.

Rebirth: No rebirth required
HP: 15,000-20,000 HP

Level 2 boss

Rhino Toasterino

Unlocked after your first rebirth, Rhino Toasterino keeps the 500-spawn cadence but hits harder, so prep upgraded damage lanes.

HP: 20,000-25,000 HP
Earnings: $1K-4K/s base income

Level 3 boss

Esok Sekolah

Finishing the second rebirth unlocks Esok Sekolah. Expect heavier HP pools and plan for sustained slows to keep it stalled.

Level 4 boss

Chef Cabracadabra

Chef Cabracadabra arrives after the third rebirth. Its HP spikes mean you should rotate Frost Grenades and burst plants proactively.

Level 5 boss

Dragon Cannelloni

The fifth-tier Dragon Cannelloni spawns only once you complete four rebirths. Stack top-tier fusions and intercept it at the spawn pad to avoid wipeouts.

Combat tips to close out fights

Stack mutated lanes
Use mythical or mutated plants before the counter hits 500 so every lane can burn bosses down. Icy Blizzard-grown plants add reliable freeze windows.
Carry Frost Grenades
Stun bosses with the Frost Grenade gear while your board melts their HP. Redeem fresh grenades through Plants vs Brainrots codes to keep the stash topped up.
Meet them at spawn
Fight each boss near the spawn pad with heavy hitters like the Carrot Launcher so its HP is drained before reaching your plants.
